Cio + Matt :: Sportsman's Club - Chicago, IL :: Wedding
Meet Cio!! A soul that is incredibly near and dear to my heart. Although our relationship goes back over 15 years, it feels like only yesterday we were "partying" ... a.k.a sitting on my parent's back porch ... drinking Mike's Hard Lemonade (they were cool then, really!). We've been through so much together -- it's logically impossible for that to only have been yesterday -- but I take it as a testament to our timeless and every growing friendship.
Even though our story begins in New Jersey, I am ridiculously grateful it carried on to Chicago. Life in Chicago would've never been the same without this lady!! Honestly, to say I'm grateful and thankful does not even begin to uncover my true sentiments for just how appreciative I am of her.
Enter: Cio + Matt. I was fortunate enough to have witnessed the mere beginnings of their relationship. From the start Cio and Matt shared an evident connection that quickly flourished. And rightfully so, because in the 15+ years that we have known one another, I've never seen her this kind of happy.
The Pride + Prejudice - "Completely and Perfectly and Incandescently Happy" - kind of happy.
I don't think, as a best friend, I could have asked for anything better for her.
